We like Crowders Mountain State Park, North Carolina

Crowders is thought of as a 'beginners crag.' It has a bad reputation for sharp, chossy rock quality, and a short but strenuous hike in. Mostly, it is my training grounds because it is the nearest Crag (2hours) to Columbia, South Carolina. Come climb some of the classics in the Main Area but for the hardmen and women check out the overhung pump-fest at Hidden Wall.
