A delicate start to a slick mantel. Unclimbable when water levels are high. Check current water level from https://www.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/vedenkorkeus (click Helsinki 2+2vrk, keskivesi). Water level of -15cm should be fine and -25cm is really good.
