Rain

The route is relatively soft for the grade and deserves more traffic than it currently gets. The topo isn’t drawn very accurately—we need to climb the route again to improve the line. That said, the route is fairly easy to locate and follow. Look up the wall and aim for a large, obvious flake/dihedral. The starting point is correctly marked in the photo. Begin with two pitches following bolts up along a water groove. This section stays wet for a while after rain, and the bolts are spaced a bit apart. The third pitch leads into the big flake—bring some large cams (#3–#4 C4) for protection. From there, the climbing continues on easier ground, following natural features and slabs all the way to the top.
