Treebeard start, but from the sloper rail, go right through a compression sequence and a bunchy topout.

Start with the left hand sloping rail and right hand undercling as for Treebeard, make the first move onto the RH crimp and go out left to the sloper rail, then compress right hands through some spanner slopers, awkward topout.
