At the 2nd bolt, Right Hand undercling, Left foot out to pebble and Left hand to sloper, then out to jug/s on rail. Overcome the rail with Left hand to thumb down wide pinch, Right foot heel hook and Left Hand undercling/pinch for the hard rock-over. Pull hard until knee can catch the knee bar, and lean out and open to the left to get the knee bar to catch in a "I surrender" moment.
