Sit start from the right side of Crack-a-holic, hands up at the big jug. "Top shelf" on the left side of the nose excluded. Top out at the side wall.
Variation: "Nenä". Stand start with both hands at sloping holds on the protruding arete, balance right and make an easy topout.
