Stand start, go right hand inside the horizontal jug, then left hand in the crimp. Tree different options at these point: dyno left hand to the jug, dyno right hand, or heel hook on the right and go left hand smoothly to the jug (be careful the fall might be dangerous/scary). Then top out.
