Description

Berglsteinersee is a Limestone crag with its best routes sitting in the higher grades. A lot of the routes require a good chunk of endurance and max strenght. The scenery is very beautiful with the nearby lakes. During summer it can get too hot at the wall due to its high sun exposure yet a lot of the routes offer shade at the bottom of the wall. However at least there are lakes to cool off in.
The approach is steep yet not too long the bottom of the crag could be considered child friendly but the steep hill behind is not so safe for kids. However there are nice benches at the lake below these are 100% family friendly.

❗️Check for Ticks after coming here❗️

Especially after winter and after heavy rains Rockfall is common!!!! Wear a helmet and watch out for rockfalls when underneath the taller cliffs.
