La zona queda a unos 35km de Quito. Se debe tomar el camino hacia Sangolquí. Desde ahí el camino que sube a la población de Selva Alegre y continuar por la vía que se dirige hacia el Parque Nacional Cotopaxi. Es fácil seguir la señalización o se puede preguntar a los locales por el camino. La entrada al sector queda por fuera del Parque Nacional. Se llega a una casa donde funciona un restaurante, donde se deja el auto y se debe pagar a los propietarios por su uso. Para entrar a la zona se entra caminando por la entrada de un portón. No es difícil ubicar las zonas de escalada.
The area is located about 35km from Quito. You should take the road towards Sangolquí. From there, follow the road that leads to the town of Selva Alegre and continue on the route heading towards Cotopaxi National Park. It's easy to follow the signage or ask the locals for directions. The entrance to the climbing area is outside the National Park. You will arrive at a house that serves as a restaurant, where you can park your car and pay the owners for its use. To access the climbing area, you can enter on foot through a gate entrance. It's not difficult to locate the climbing zones.
