Walk southeast. At the end of the beach, pick up the trail. Take the first left. Then take the first left again. When you reach an open area next to the water, continue straight on; from this point, you might need pruning shears, as the path is not frequently used. Continue and pass the big boulder with a cave on its left side. Just after that, leave the path and go right and up over a vague track. Follow this until the track goes left - from here, you should be able to see the striking arete just left of route 5. Walk right, maintaining height, and cross a chasm between two boulders. After that, go left and up, following a gully, until you get to the bottom of route 5.

This Komoot trail describes a scrambling route to the top. It passes route 5: https://www.komoot.com/tour/1222440727?ref=wtd&share_token=aYWe1MVpNsE0MXIGhyoK62OQgpyZ38lwduFbIx2EBbMUjfZzCC
