This area is only reachable by boat. In Asubone (closest village to this area) there are multiple fishing boats on the beach that can transport you there. Ask around for Atsu (nickname: one dollar). He'll fix you a boat to get there for around 200 cedi in total. To approach the Volta Volare, just park the boat next to the boulder and jump into the water!
