6a+ Mountain at Long's Peak
First route for me on the Diamond. Unquestionably classic, and for good reason. The rock is amazing except for the first pitch, and the climbing is sustained and exposed. We topped out Long's afterward and descended the Chasm View raps for a brutal 18.5 hour day. With snow climbing, simul-climbing up choss gullies, technical rock, and route-finding challenges it seemed appropriate to put this route under "mountaineering"
