"Le rocher de Coléoptère " in Juzaine is a triangle-shaped crag of about 15m wide and 15m high. The 2 right-most routes offer technical climbing, the routes starting in the cave are physical, bouldery and fingery. For the strong lactic-acid lovers, it is possible to start deep in the cave and link up routes... In that case, you're looking at 8th graders...
The access is free, the property is owned by the city of Durbuy and maintained by the Speleology Union of Belgium.
Please take extreme care and pay respect. This is a protected prehistoric cave.
Orientation: Nord - summer climbing only.
The crag is seldomly visited (may this topo bring a change?!), so bring your brushes and clean before you ruin your flash-tries.

Le rocher de Coléoptère à Juzaine a une forme triangulaire. Il fait 15m de large pour une hauteur maximum de 15m de haut. L'escalade est plutôt technique pour les 2 voies de droite et plutôt physique et très à doigts pour les voies au dessus de la grotte. Pour info, il est possible de partir du fond de la grotte et d'enchaîner les voies. Les cotations sont alors dans le huitième degrés.
L'accès est libre. Propriétaire commune de Durbuy, gestionnaire Union Belge de Spéléologie.
Attention: grotte préhistorique protégée. Respect absolu des lieux !
Orientation nord, donc escalade possible uniquement en été.
Le rocher est très peu fréquenté. Il est donc nécessaire de descendre en rappel et nettoyer les voies avant de pouvoir y grimper. "Super Polen" est recouvert de végétation sar la fin.
