No special access issues
Per arrivare al parcheggio:
Dalla superstrada del Sempione, uscire in direzione Crodo-Antigorio-Formazza.
Superare Crodo e, a Baceno, svoltare a sinistra verso l'Alpe Devero.
Giunti a Croveo parcheggiare in paese o negli spiazzi presso il tornante proprio sotto la falesia.
Avvicinamento:
Proprio sul tornante parte un sentiero, ripido e poco usato, con una corda fissa, che in brevissimo porta alla falesia.
Per gli avvicinamenti più agevoli, dal tornante tornare brevemente indietro lungo la strada e prendere una traccia a sinistra che passa a bordo del prato e poi, girando sempre a sinistra, nel bosco, giunge alla falesia; oppure, dal tornante proseguire per circa 150 metri sulla strada e imboccare a destra accanto a una casa la scaletta di accesso al comodo sentiero segnalato da un cartello, che in pochi minuti porta al lato sinistro della falesia.
Per il settore "Ultimo spettacolo", dal lato destro della falesia proseguire sulla traccia per circa 1 minuto.
Per i settori "Scalatine" e poi "Secret garden", dal lato sinistro della falesia proseguire per qualche minuto sull'evidente traccia.
"Bataclan", è posto sopra a destra del settore "Scalatine" e lo si raggiunge per una cengia esposta con corda fissa.
To get to the car park:
From the Sempione highway, exit towards Crodo-Antigorio-Formazza.
Pass Crodo and, at Baceno, turn left towards Alpe Devero.
Arrive at Croveo and park in the village or in the clearings near the hairpin bend just below the crag.
Approach:
A steep, little-used trail with a fixed rope starts right on the hairpin bend, leading quickly to the crag.
For easier approaches, from the hairpin bend, briefly go back along the road and take a track on the left that runs along the edge of the meadow and then, always turning left, through the woods, arrives at the crag; or, from the hairpin bend, continue for about 150 meters along the road and take the stairway to the right next to a house, which leads to a comfortable trail marked by a sign, reaching the left side of the crag in a few minutes.
For the "Ultimo spettacolo" sector, from the right side of the crag, continue on the track for about 1 minute.
For the "Scalatine" and then "Secret garden" sectors, from the left side of the crag, continue for a few minutes on the obvious track.
"Bataclan" is located above and to the right of "Scalatine" sector and it is reached via an exposed ledge with a fixed rope.
