Description

Small but nice wall, especially the setting but the climbing is also good. IF this little thing was situated near the ciry centre with a short approach it would be very popular. But unfortunately it's quite a bit to walk (or ski in the spring). The approach is ~2km along Tavelsjöleden. You could take a closer approach via a sandpit along the 363 road or drive a small sand road from Kulla on the south side, to reach the stream and walk a short steep bit.

Se the parking area map for details.

The climbing is overhanging on mostly good holds in the 6a-6c range. The wall i relatively high so bring at least a couple of pads.

There is room for a couple of more lines here in the 5-6 range, and perhaps a really hard line with some squeezing.

History

Small but good boulderwall discovered by Dan Knutsson in 2019 on the way to work. Passed this area for 20 years and then one day - whats that far away above the tree's?! Never stop looking and keep you eyes open that's a rule for life.

Nord Access had a couple of personel meetings here and developed the few, but tasty, problems.
