Boulders are located in a forest behind a neighborhood. While bouldering is permitted, keep a low profile and brush off chalk marks, don't disturb the residents. Joule Stone is located on a potential future construction site, although there are no issues as of 2022.
Parking is free on most surrounding streets if you can find any. Easier during the day.
