Mostly easy but high problems. The rock would need some cleaning.

You can walk to the rock along wide paths from your car. There are two parking spaces. One is 4 hours parking by the Palosenkatu and the other is close to Kisa-Veikkojen Maja (no time limit).
The rock routes are nice. :)
