No special access issues
You need to Park near the Cable car station at the Hungerburg, then take the Nordketten bahn (cabe car) up to Seegrube, not all the way up, the Crag is located right behind the middle station (Seegrube). The bus J or the Hungerburgbahn are other options to get to the Cable car station, (Hungerburg).
