This crag is located in the town of La Riba in Tarragona, Catalunya.

Overall La Riba offers up to 300 routes with an eroded limestone rock type full with pockets and crimps.
There is a lot of variety from easy lowballs for children to high mental slabs and great physical overhangs.
The style is mostly fingery and powerful with mostly easy and medium grades. There are some projects still to free if you are hunting FAs and som hard grades worth doing.

The best season to climb in La Riba is spring and autumn which provides good grip without being that hot or cold. But climbing here is often done in summer because of its peculiar location, with lots of shade and the river nearby, where you can refresh after climbing.

As in all the climbing areas, behaving correctly is crucial. No littering, no climbing on wet rock, brush away all the tick marks and stay on the obvious paths. Remember that we are in private property and access can be revoked!!
