No special access issues
To get to Lumpy Ridge drive on Devil's Gulch rd north out of Estes Park. You can park at a trail head for the Black Canyon Trail. The trail crosses private property so stay on the trail. All of the climbs are on National Park land and there are no issues with climbing.
