With Susanna who led the odd-numbered pitches. First two delivered insecure climbing on rotten rock covered in a patina of red dusty sand. Pitches 3-5 more than made up for the start however. Left the hotel at 815, at the base by 9 and started climbing 915. Topped out some 4 hours later. Dropped a cola bottle (guess you shouldn't just tape bottles to carabiners?) so the hike down was a bit drier than we had hoped for.
