No special access issues
🚗 Arrival:
Coming from Feltre, take the SS50 heading west, following the directions for Trento / Treviso / Bassano, then for Fonzaso.
Leave Feltre and after about 4 km you will reach a roundabout. Here follow the signs for Arten / Fonzaso. Pass through the village of Arten and continue shortly to Fonzaso. Once in town, reach the square with a roundabout in the center. From here, take the narrow road Via Monte Grappa, which starts on the right-hand side of the tobacconist. At the square with the fountain, keep right and continue until you reach the church. Parking is available in this area.
If needed, you can drive a few dozen meters further, turn right into Via Lucco, and find additional parking spaces. The roads here are quite narrow, so please take great care not to obstruct traffic or access for local residents.
🚶♂️ Sectors:
From the church, continue along Via Lucco until it turns into a steep uphill mule track. Follow this track for about 110 meters, where you will find wooden signposts and a junction. Here the path splits, allowing you to choose the most suitable trail for your destination.
• If you are heading to the left side of the Fonzaso wall, including the Casetta sector, take the left branch following the signs for Casa delle Fate.
• Otherwise, continue straight towards the hermitage of San Micel. Just before reaching it, take the path on the left, which leads first to the slab sectors.
The sectors are well connected to each other, and the Placche Alte sector can be reached via a short and clearly visible uphill path.
