Description

⛔️ Climbing here is not allowed. ⛔️
Climbing has been tolerated here for decades, but no longer is. Please respect this closure to protect nature and for a potential future regularisation of the crag. Wandering in the forest of the trails is not allowed either. Please stay on the trails.
The topos are only available for historic reference.

A big thank you goes to Pierric Bottin for the information in this topo as well as the use of some of his drawings, but mostly for the extensive maintenance and (re)bolting work in 2018-2019.

The crag is under maintenance of UBS.

These topos need extra attention, but as it is the best and most comprehensive information to our knowledge, we decided to publish the topos even though we can't guarantee absolute completeness.
If you have any corrections or any more information, please let the author know by emailing support@27crags.com

The main attraction of Tilff is a big slab of about 70°, "La Dalle". La Dalle is best for climbers operating in the upper 5th and 6th grade. The cliffbase is perfect and thus the sector is perfect for groups and families.

Next to La Dalle, you will find the "Porche de la grotte", which hosts some nice 6th grade routes and a nice 7b. In the cave are only old aid routes.

A bit further to the left you find Porche Triangulaire / The Anticlinal. This sector has some harder routes in the 7th and 8th grades as well as a project. It is an impressive formation and worth a look, even if you don't have intentions to climb there.

If you follow the cable up, left from the Porche Triangulaire, you will arrive at the "Dalle Supeérieure", hosting some rather nice climbs in the 5th grade, but not exactly family-friendly due to the scramble in the approach and sloping cliffbase above exposure.

The most left sector is "les Bombés". We decided to include the pictures but not draw the routes as most are dirty and not recommendable. If you have more information and want to draw the routes, you can do so in the browser version, or contact support@27crags.com
